| Jack in the Box's Big Waffle Stack |
Brandon is ALWAYS asking for a big waffle stack sandwich whenever he sees an ad, commercial, or coupon from Jack in the Box showcasing what he considers to be breakfast goodness. The sandwich consists of two fried eggs, crispy bacon, sausage, ham, and American cheese sandwiched between two lightly sweetened maple waffles. Ashley's not quite as gung-ho for pancakes or waffles, yet she loves all things meat and would probably enjoy this without the maple waffles and American cheese (she's a cheddar cheese-type of girl) for her breakfast treat.
In an attempt to fulfill his breakfast dreams while feeding the rest of the family for brunch, Kevin whipped up a batch of waffles and we fried some eggs and sausage to create a modified version of the infamous sandwich. Brandon was happy and started to devour the creation. Ashley thought it was too big and took only what she thought she could eat and finished her plate. Brandon thought he could finish it all, yet he was not a winner and did not complete the challenge. His eyes were definitely bigger than his stomach (which is a good thing). Nevertheless, he was content and this should help curb his request to get one from Jack in the Box (we hope).
