It was a Friday night after work and school. Karri had picked up Ashley early from school since she was having stomach problems, so Brandon went ahead and joined them the remaining afternoon at home. Kevin got off work at 5:00 pm and headed straight home only to have the revelation that we should all hop into the car and head straight over to Torrey Pines Beach. Brandon stated that he didn't want to go; however, once we arrived, Kevin walked along the beach with Daisy while Brandon went jumping, sliding, and running in the sand - he had a blast and found sand in places where there should not be sand, but definitely had a fun time. It was a stellar sunset and Ashley noticed a crescent moon. Since she has been studying the solar systems and the stages of the moon, she loved sharing how much she has learned which Karri and Cheeto enjoyed learning about. Such a relaxing evening in San Diego.
