Well, it is official - we are once again new homeowners! Kevin officially received the keys to our house on Thursday, December 16th from our real estate agent and we are going to have the locks changed out and start the process of cleaning up and moving in.
Life is once again relegated to a monthly mortgage, home insurance premiums, taxes, and day-to-day festivities of a homeowner, and we are beaming from ear to ear. The new thing for us to figure out those is how to take care of a salt-water pool since we've not had this honor bestowed upon us, but hopefully it won't be too cumbersome to figure out.
Fully expect us to be scouring good deals at Home Depot or Lowe's as we pick out paint colors, change our light fixtures, replace the door fixtures, and try to sell extra items on Craiglist.com for the extra refrigerator, washer/dryer, and other items we are trying to lighten our load from.
